4. Founding Member Offer
- The Founding Member offer provides lifetime access to the Service for a one-time payment, as described on our website at the time of purchase.
- Founding Member access begins at launch. Pricing and terms of this offer are as stated at checkout and in Section XIII of our current marketing materials.
- Refunds for the Founding Member offer are available any time before launch. Refunds are not available after launch, unless otherwise required by law.
- “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Service as offered by Personetta and does not guarantee access in the event the Service is discontinued (see Section 10).
5. Payments
- All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are due at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions; we do not store your full payment card details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law.

- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.

Personetta is designed to work alongside third-party AI tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or output of any third-party service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs generated using Personetta will meet your expectations or be free of errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personetta and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.
